DELIVERY AND PICKUP:
* ______ An authorized agent of your company must sign for shipments or returns. We DO NOT ship without signatures. We DO NOT accept returns without prior authorization.
* ______ For your protection, be sure each item is COUNTED and LISTED on the shipping ticket and on the return ticket.
PURCHASE ORDER/JOB IDENTIFICATION:
* ______ Purchase order and/or job identification should be given when the order is placed and WHEN THE ORDER IS PICKED UP.
PAYMENT TERMS:
* ______ Payment is due before shipment of material unless credit terms have been established. Future credit privileges will be restricted or withdrawn if account is past due.

I (we) understand that the information furnished you on this application is for the purpose of obtaining credit from your firm, that I am (we are) authorized in my (our) capacity, to bind my (our) firm accordingly, that I (we) have read and received a copy of your Terms & Conditions, that all accounts or monies due you shall be due and payable at 11 Ash Hollow Trail, Ladera Ranch, Orange County California 92694. If it becomes necessary to enforce payment of any sums due through legal proceedings, I, we, and each of us, jointly and severally, agree to pay reasonable attorney fees and interest of 1-1/2% per month.
I AUTHORIZE THE RELEASE OF INFORMATION REGARDING OUR ACCOUNTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF OBTAINING CREDIT FROM SOUTH COAST INDUSTRIAL METALS.
THIS AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. ANY AND ALL FUTURE AGREEMENTS SHALL ALSO BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.

IN CONSIDERATION OF SOUTH COAST INDUSTRIAL METALS extending credit to the above applicant, whether individually, partnership, or corporation, the undersigned, I , we, and each of us do hereby individually and personally guarantee SOUTH COAST INDUTRIAL METALS or their assigns the payment of such sum or sums of money now due or as may at any time hereafter become due to SOUTH COAST INDUSTRIAL METALS from the said applicant for goods, wares, merchandise and services sold/rented to the applicant. All custom manufactured parts and non-refundable and non returnable unless otherwise agreed upon by South Coast Industrial Metals, Inc.
Export: You agree that you shall comply with all applicable export and import control laws and regulations in your use of this site, or materials or services received through this site, and, in particular, you shall not export or re-export anything on or received through this site in violation of local or foreign export laws and /or without all required U.S. and foreign government licenses.
All products sold by South Coast Industrial Metals, Inc or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or websites are expressly prohibited to be ship, transshipped to the following countries:
Syria, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea or Sudan.
It is agreed that all payments are due and payable at 11 Ash Hollow Trail, Ladera Ranch, Orange County, California 92694. IF IT BECOMES NECESSARY TO ENFORCE this guarantee by suit, I, we and each of us jointly and severally, agree to pay interest and attorney fees as allowed by law.
